BBQ cum Camping

Hey everyone!
How's holidays so far? Sch's starting soon.. 2 more weeks to go.. anyway, as you all know there will be a bbq n camping activity in the last week of the holidays. tentatively, it will be held at changi beach. i had already asked ms ong when she will be free, and she said to choose a day that most ppl can make it and she promised to try her very best to turn up. oh ya, ms ong suggested to invite ms rosi too. so what do you all think about that? i need feedback.

Those ppl who had replied yew mun tt they can help out have been grouped into a committee.

Eelin: booking e pit at changi beach park [By Tuesday May 10 2005 ]
Cindy & YY: the recipes, sort of like menu, come out with the list and pass it to adel, eelin n peili. [By Thursday May 12 2005 ]
Adel: Come up with the budget taking into account the number of ppl and stuff to buy. [ASAP]
Peili & Adel: buying ingredients and other stuffs. [By Sunday May 15 2005 ]
Eelin & Cindy: preparations of the BBQ food. [on the day before the actual event and on the day of the actual event ]
Jian He: charcoal
Nicholas: Photo-taking

Yew Mun says: ''The names in red have been named the group leaders of that category. The groups leaders can ask any other people to help them out, including the group leaders from other sections as well.''

The theme of the bbq will be when east meet west. you can give suggestions to cindy as what we can have. And if you are free, help out with the preparation too, so as to help lessen any workload.

So now we have to decide on a date, once it's set, eelin will be able to check out whether the pit is available and things can carry on from there.
Choices are: 17th may 05 [tuesday] or 21st may 05 [saturday]
so pls give a vote by 9th may 05, either through sms or on the tag board.
