Sorry for the so many changes that has been going on in the plans so far, but it is unavoidable.
Ok, so the plan now is:
Venue: Downtown east Chalet (Room number to be confirmed by KJ, he will send a msg out)
Date: 23rd December 2005
Time: You can go straight to the chalet after work, and we'll start when almost everyone is there. Lastest starting time at 8pm, so try to reach before that time.
That's for the gathering itself, for the chalet, those interested in staying over, the chalet room is open to us from 23rd to 25th Dec, we have to leave by 25th (sunday) morning.
Well for the food, we'll be ordering pizza from Canadian http://www.canadian-pizza.com/ , chicken, finger food and a log cake from Polar. Pls bring along a bottle of drinks with you. The cost of food should be within $10 itself, unless some people did not turn up at the last minute.
For the pizza, pls post on the tag board some of the flavors that you like, den will order which is the more popular ones.
As for the exchanging of presents, it's with a minimum price of $5. Remember to bring ur present along.. haha..
