- Timo doing an amazing 55 sit-ups *wootx*
- ZC doing an astonishing 55cm at sit-and-reach (whats up with the number 55 yeah?)
- Jian He doing 2 and a half pull-ups ^_^x (yes.. the half is important ^_^x)
- Jian He defying gravity during shuttle runs... skidding over the line with his anti-friction shoes.. and his antelope jump at the end ^_^x *wootx*
- Good job to wilson, Zc, Timo and Pp ^_^x they ran really fast at the 2.4km ^_^x
- Best attire: Kevin Chen.. all ready to run 24km yeah? marathon style~~! =PpP
- Good achievement award: To the girls running faster than Jh.. in the 2.4km run *wootx* ^_^x our girls were much faster than most others there.. kudos on the training ^_^x

*wootx* to the guys with silver ^_^x really archieved it yeah~! good job ^_^x and all the best to the rest in the future ^_^x this test can be a good gauge ^_^x gambate~~! still need to train on worx.. cannot slack too much.. lets try to hit the $200 gold award in IPTT.. then we can go eat eat play play club club liaox ^_^x

Hmm.. okay I am sure some of you all might have heard and seen this on TV... the Gorillaz.. most people know them as the cartoon animated group.. 4 monkey looking people... yupx... actually they consist of more than 50 different people... anyway.. they have a new CD titled "Demon Days".. and their new single.. "Feel Good Inc"... well.. it is quite an interesting song... like their previous two great singles... "19/2000" and "Tomorrow comes today"... hmm.. Can msn me for the mp3 of any of the songs... ... "Feel Good Inc" is also a meaningful song.. the beat is soothing and catchy.. though one has to really see the video to understand the song and beat truly...in summary... "Feel Good Inc" questions... what kind of life do you really feel good in?.. the present life you have? Or are you longing for something else? maybe a more innocent past? a more carefree past?
