Updates on BBQ Preparation

Hey guys..
We had already booked the BBQ pit!

ACtivity:BBQ cum CAmping
Venue: Changi Beach Park, Pit number: C13
Date: 17 May 2005
Time: Preparation starts at 4pm!!

Please bring a bottle of drink along per person.

As for now, after some discussion, our budget for food now is $130.

MONDAY:
We planned to buy the food & stuff on Monday.
Marination will be done that day at Eelin's house, those who wanna help can come after 12pm. If you are going to help out, pls inform Eelin that you will be turning up.

TUESDAY:
On tuesday, lot's of preparation will need to be done. So we need as many people as possible. At Eelin's house too, at around 10am. Those who dunno how to get to Eelin's house, can meet me at the bus stop opposite Tampines Library at 9.30am. Again, if you are helping, inform Eelin.

Those who are going to the pit straight, can be there at 4pm. Things will start from there, hope to get the charcoal hot n food cooking at 6pm.

Those camping overnight, please bring ur sweater/windbreakers and long pants. Those who have got hammocks or groundsheet, please bring all of them. And maybe you would like to bring a set of clothes to change into after BBQ or to shower.

Now money matters, some have not yet pay Pei Li for the last chalet, so pls pay up soon...
